Terms of Service

Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policies (Terms of Service) are the fundamental basis of your relationship with TOPSETTING. By using the services on MIXRADIUS.COM, you agree to all Terms and Service Policies set forth in this document. The service is provided to individuals or legally registered organizations (referred to in this document as the "Customer", "Subscriber", or "You").

By using the services on MIXRADIUS.COM, you agree to comply with all Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must cancel your account immediately and are not permitted to use or attempt to use the services of MIXRADIUS.COM. Users and subscribers of the services provided by TOPSETTING must accept the Terms of Service set forth on this page.

General Policy

  • If you are an individual customer, these Terms of Service bind every person who gains access through your account. If you are a commercial customer, these Terms of Service apply to all your employees, agents, and/or customers. In other words, a violation of the Terms of Service by anyone using your account will be considered a violation by you.
  • The service is available to you for as long as you wish to use it; however, we reserve the right to discontinue the service if you use it in a manner that violates the terms of use.
  • MIXRADIUS.COM is available to you for as long as you wish to use it; however, we reserve the right to discontinue access if you use it in a manner that violates the terms of use.

Registration Terms

  • Persons who register for or purchase services on MIXRADIUS.COM are deemed to understand the TOPSETTING services and to have read and agreed to all terms and service policies established by TOPSETTING.
  • Customers must register online through the TOPSETTING website and provide complete and accurate information, including Full Name, Address, Phone/Mobile Number, Email, and so on.
  • Customers are not permitted to use inaccurate or false data/addresses during registration with bad intent or unlawful purposes.
  • If the data provided is found to be false, TOPSETTING reserves the right not to activate the ordered services and to cancel them, and TOPSETTING shall be released from any claims arising therefrom.
  • Orders are only processed during business days and hours, after payment is confirmed and funds have been received.

Payment Terms

  • All fees listed on MIXRADIUS.COM must be paid in full by the customer. Stamp duties, taxes, invoice delivery costs, and anything outside the facilities and services provided shall be borne by the customer.
  • TOPSETTING is not responsible for the failure of automatic transactions (Bank Debit, Credit Card, PayPal). Customers are required to always verify their automatic transactions. TOPSETTING reserves the right to suspend services without prior notice if an automatic transaction fails.
  • TOPSETTING reserves the right not to activate or renew an account if payment has not been confirmed after the order or renewal request.
  • For cloud subscription renewals, online payment through the TOPSETTING MEMBER AREA is strongly recommended.
  • The only payment method available on MIXRADIUS.COM is online payment. Manual payment is not provided.

Service Terms

  • Customers who do not pay before the due date will have their RADIUS service automatically suspended by the system. TOPSETTING is not responsible for any impact that may occur on the end-user side.
  • Suspended or isolated services are granted a grace period of 2 weeks after suspension. After this period, the service will be automatically terminated by the system. TOPSETTING is not responsible for any impact on the end-user side, no compensation is provided for data loss caused by the deletion of the customer's account or service, and TOPSETTING shall be released from any claims.
  • TOPSETTING reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and discontinue the service if the customer engages in poor conduct, behaves indecently or grossly inhumanely, exceeds reasonable standards of decency, or intentionally defames TOPSETTING in mass media, mailing lists, forums, or similar channels. TOPSETTING also reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and discontinue service if the customer is proven to have violated the terms of service or the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  • TOPSETTING reserves the right to seek damages for any acts of violation or defamation committed by the customer.
  • Any issues that arise on the customer's side that are not caused by the Mixradius application are not the responsibility of TOPSETTING.
  • TOPSETTING performs regular daily backups and retains a maximum of 5 backup files per registered account. However, you are obligated and fully responsible for performing your own application database backups periodically via the menu provided within the application.
  • TOPSETTING is not responsible for and is released from any claims arising from data loss caused by events that may be categorized as a disaster or force majeure, including unpredictable disk or system failures that cause data to be lost or out of sync with the expected state.
  • To maintain server stability while keeping service prices economical, paid-transaction report data on Cloud Mixradius will be reset every 31 January at 21:00:00 WIB (customers must perform their own backup or export to Excel/CSV via the menu provided in the Mixradius application). Notice regarding this reset will be given one month prior to the execution time.

Refund Policy

  • There is no refund policy for services that are unilaterally cancelled by the customer.
  • A refund policy only applies if we offer to cancel the service. The refunded amount will only equal the service price (excluding VAT paid to the state).

Acceptable Use Restrictions

  • Visitors to MIXRADIUS.COM and Customers are not allowed to post comments with words or sentences that trigger disputes or misunderstanding.
  • TOPSETTING has full rights to modify or delete content and comments deemed inappropriate for publication.
  • Visitors to MIXRADIUS.COM and Customers are prohibited from posting, sending, or displaying anything in any form that contains or relates to discrediting Ethnicity, contradicting Religion or Race (SARA), as well as other matters that violate the law — such as intellectual property rights, trademarks, counterfeiting, fraud, or that may incite political conflict such as instigating, discrediting individuals/groups/organizations or other specific parties.
  • Visitors and Customers are prohibited from attempting hacking/cracking activities — damaging, intruding into, attempting to alter data, duplicating, or destroying systems on third-party servers or TOPSETTING servers without authorization, or performing any activity considered harmful to systems owned by others or by TOPSETTING. For Cloud Mixradius service users in such cases, TOPSETTING reserves the right to terminate the service.
  • Visitors and Customers are prohibited from spam activity — sending Spam email and/or mass mail (offers of goods or services, promotions, affiliate, MLM) — or any kind of activity that disturbs other parties or TOPSETTING that is unsolicited or unwanted, whether through TOPSETTING servers or external servers.

Support and Service Assurance

  • TOPSETTING provides daily support for services in use via WhatsApp and Phone Call (customers must first confirm via WhatsApp message before making a phone call), and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
  • TOPSETTING continually works to ensure that the Cloud Mixradius service remains stable and can be fully used by all customers.
